Policies and Guidelines on Supply Chain Management
The Hakuhodo DY Group has drawn up basic procurement policies and procurement guidelines to promote responsible procurement .
Implementation Structure
The Board of Directors serves as the decision-making body. The Group Sustainability Committee makes comprehensive decisions on important matters, including initiatives related to supply chain management for the Group.
The Sustainability Steering Committee has been established to enhance the execution capabilities of each Group company. Specific measures related to supply chain management are discussed regularly by the Governance Subcommittee, a subordinate body.
