The Hakuhodo DY Group’s Global Purpose is: “Aspirations Unleashed break down boundaries, open new doors, and usher in new eras for every sei-katsu-sha, organization and society.” As a responsible partner for all our stakeholders, we aim to create the future by connecting sei-katsu-sha, organizations and society to generate new relationship value using sei-katsu-sha–centered creativity . To help us realize this goal, we have drawn up these Hakuhodo DY Group Basic Procurement Policies.
- • We will conduct business transactions based on sound, fair and equitable partnerships.
- • We will conduct business transactions in compliance with the law.
- • We will take compliance into account when choosing suppliers.
- • The items that we ask all those who collaborate with us to comply with are specified in the Hakuhodo DY Group Procurement Guidelines.
- • We will undertake responsible procurement with the aim of contributing to a sustainable global environment, unleashing creativity through the growth of and respect for diverse individuals, and pursuing compliance and integrity, thereby realizing human-centered sustainable management based on the Hakuhodo DY Group’s Global Purpose.
- • Besides realizing appropriate quality, cost and delivery, we expect our suppliers to also collaborate with us on the creation of new value.
- • We will implement rigorous management of all information that we obtain through our business transactions, and we will strive to safeguard information security.
These Basic Policies have been approved by the Board of Directors. Going forward, we will adjust and improve the Basic Policies on a regular basis, thereby strengthening our measures aimed at the realization of responsible procurement.
