The Hakuhodo DY Group aims to create a society abounding in sei-katsu-sha’s aspirations and where they can live vibrant lives by conducting human-centered sustainable management. In 2024, with the adoption of our Global Purpose and new Medium-Term Business Plan, we identified material issues and established action policies with a view to 2030. Based on the principles of independence and solidarity, we are executing various initiatives by leveraging the unique business characteristics and strengths of each Group company.

Engagement with stakeholders
In keeping with our Global Purpose, the Hakuhodo DY Group conducts human-centered sustainable management. Each of us who works here, being sei-katsu-sha ourselves, aims to build a society abounding in sei-katsu-sha’s aspirations and where they can live vibrant lives. Each of us is committed to partnering with stakeholders of all stripes and taking action to create a vortex of change. This, we believe, requires fostering co-creativity while prioritizing communication with a multitude of stakeholders: sei-katsu-sha, employees, shareholders, business partners, the media, content owners, local governments, educational institutions, NPOs and NGOs. We build trust with stakeholders by taking every opportunity to engage in dialog with them. And we leverage that trust into new value creation.
